About Zeralsa

Zeralsa is a finance automation consultancy founded by Enrique Pedrero. I work with SMEs to eliminate manual finance work, reduce reporting bottlenecks and automate repetitive accounting processes — using the systems they already have in place.

Why I started this

I didn't come from software. I came from finance operations.

For over 10 years, I worked inside multinational environments where finance teams were constantly under pressure: reporting deadlines, manual reconciliations, fragmented data across SAP, Excel and multiple systems.

The problem was never lack of tools. It was that too much critical work still depended on manual effort.

Month-end close processes that should take hours were taking days. Reports were rebuilt from scratch every cycle. And teams were spending time copying data instead of controlling it.

That's where I started focusing on automation — not as a technology exercise, but as a way to remove structural inefficiencies inside finance operations.

What I do today

Today, I help SMEs apply the same level of automation and process discipline typically found in large enterprise environments.

I design and build automation systems that integrate with existing tools like SAP, Excel, Power BI and workflow platforms — without requiring companies to replace their infrastructure.

The goal is simple: reduce manual effort, improve data consistency, and make finance operations more reliable.

How I work

I don't sell generic templates or prebuilt tools. Each solution is designed around a specific process inside your business — whether that's invoice handling, reporting, reconciliation or system integration.

I focus on:

  • understanding the real workflow behind the problem
  • identifying where manual work actually happens
  • building automation that survives real-world finance complexity

My approach

The objective is not to "add automation". The objective is to remove unnecessary manual work from finance operations in a way that is stable, maintainable and actually used by the team.

If a process shouldn't exist in manual form, it shouldn't exist in manual form at all.

Let's talk

If you're dealing with repetitive finance work, slow reporting cycles or disconnected systems, I can help you understand what can realistically be automated and what the impact would be. No obligation — just a clear assessment of your process.
